A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab's official record of what a batch actually contains. We publish ours in full so you don't have to take our word for it — the testing was performed by an accredited, independent laboratory, not by us.
§ 01The certificate
Below is the complete three-page Eurofins certificate for batch 5307311-0, exactly as issued — open it in a new tab or download the PDF to keep on file. The only thing we've removed is our internal facility street address, which is redacted for security; everything material to the test results is untouched.
§ 02Results at a glance
The full method references and limits are on the certificate itself. These are the headline results for batch 5307311-0 — heavy metals measured by ICP mass spectrometry, and the core microbial panel run to current USP chapters.
Heavy metals — ICP-MS
ppb = parts per billion. “Below LOQ” means the element was below the laboratory's limit of quantitation. Refer to the certificate for the methods used (AOAC 2011.19, 993.14, 2015.01, modified).
Microbial panel — USP

§ 03Who tested it & how
Testing was performed by Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing Madison, Inc. and Eurofins Micro Lab — Madison (6304 Ronald Reagan Ave, Madison, WI 53704). The certificate was authorized on behalf of Eurofins by Edward Ladwig, President. Eurofins is one of the largest bioanalytical testing groups in the world, with no commercial stake in our product.
- Sample received
- 23 March 2026, at ambient temperature; 20 units composited into one representative sample.
- Serving tested
- 2 capsules (the labeled serving size).
- Heavy metals
- Elements by ICP Mass Spectrometry — lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury.
- Microbial
- Aerobic plate count, E. coli, Salmonella, and combined yeast & mold, each to its current USP chapter, with the required preparatory suitability testing.
Independently verified
This certificate was issued by Eurofins, not by Global Wellnest Distribution, Inc. We publish it unedited (other than the redacted facility address) so the results speak for themselves.
§ 04Verify your batch
Every bottle is printed with a batch number. Match it to the report number on this certificate (5307311-0). If your bottle shows a different batch and you'd like the certificate that corresponds to it, email us and we'll send the matching COA.
- Find the batch number printed on the base or label of your bottle.
- Compare it to the Report Number at the top of the certificate above.
- If they don't match, email info@testopowercomplex.com with your batch number to receive that batch's COA.
§ 05A note on the redaction
The black bar near the top of each page covers our internal manufacturing/registrant street address, which we withhold for security reasons. It is the only alteration to the document. The laboratory's identity, the batch and report numbers, every test method and every result, the dates, and the authorizing signature are all left exactly as Eurofins issued them.

An asterisk (*) next to an analysis on the PDF indicates that component is not ISO-accredited, as noted on the report. This page summarizes the certificate; the PDF is the authoritative source.
