This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on testopowercomplex.com and fulfilled by Global Wellnest Distribution, Inc. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carriers and customs are outside our control.
§ 01Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and to select international destinations shown at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not currently ship there. We do not ship to freight-forwarders or P.O. boxes for certain expedited methods.
§ 02Processing time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. In-stock orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.
§ 03Methods & estimated transit
Available shipping methods and live rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. The table below shows typical transit times after processing.

Transit times are carrier estimates and exclude the processing time in Section 2. Free or promotional shipping thresholds, where offered, are shown at checkout.
§ 04Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking to update after dispatch. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
§ 05International orders, duties & customs
Import duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charged at checkout. Customs clearance can add to delivery time.
You are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into your country. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or import restrictions, any refund will be net of shipping and any costs we incur.
§ 06Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs, customs, and high-volume periods can delay delivery beyond the estimates above. We monitor dispatched orders and will help you trace a delayed package, but we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our reasonable control.
§ 07Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first; many packages surface within a day or two. If a package is genuinely lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@testopowercomplex.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. § 08Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
§ 09Title & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Carriage and delivery are then subject to the carrier's terms.
